Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care and home care products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our support team at press@methodproductsmarket.com.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions to send the item back.

Please note that returned items sent without approval may not be processed.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping Costs

All orders from Method Products Market come with free shipping.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you’d like a different product instead of a refund, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved. This ensures the fastest delivery of your desired item.
